2014 Yearly Planning Conference!

The Vintage Consulting management team had a great time in San Antonio for our annual Yearly Planning Conference! We spent time hearing from top performers across the nation, networking with other industry professionals, and checking out the local tourist sites and culture of San Antonio.

We also enjoyed hearing from former Dallas Cowboys player, Darren Woodsen.

The Vintage Consulting team met up with thousands of other industry professionals to hear great speakers discuss priority management and personal development, coaching, team and business development. 

At the end of each day we spent time checking out the city and networking with friends and colleagues! A great trip overall!  

Vintage Consulting - Skills of an Entrepreneur

Monday's lesson at Vintage Consulting comes from The Harvard Business Journal. They conducted a study to find that 90% of all entrepreneur's contain these following skill sets.

• the ability to transfer enthusiasm from one person to another
• Leadership
• being capable of leading a team through adversity
• Personal Accountability
• not blaming others for poor results
• Goal Orientation
• overcoming obstacles and planning ahead (S.M.A.R.T. Goals)
• Interpersonal Skills 
• able to get along with a lot of other people; provide empathy, psychiatry style of relating

At Vintage Consulting we believe it's important to acknowledge that each one of these skills are learned. Vintage Consulting, Inc Welcomes Their Client Representative From Chicago

Vintage Consulting, Inc was happy to host their client representative in office last week.  Brendan, a Director of Campaign Management, came to San Mateo from the Chicago Area to provide campaign updates, territory management training and leadership coaching.  Brendan shed light onto expansions in the current territory as well as future opportunities with the client Vintage Consulting, Inc represents.

Vintage Consulting Attends Fall Leadership Development Conference

Over the weekend, the Vintage Consulting Team was able to attend a conference held in San Jose.  The team got to hear about upcoming expansion opportunities within their industry and also learn from some of the best representatives in the organization.  Breakout meetings were run on time management, leadership development, goal setting and much more.  Scroll through the pictures below taken from the event.

Over the weekend a few member of the Vintage Consulting team attended the 7th annual Big Bear Classic "Malibu Style." This was the first year this event was held outside of Big Bear in Southern California.
